An engineer from CentraleSupélec with a background in Environmental Biotechnology and International Project Management, Antoine VALENTIN has developed expertise in the management of water, sanitation, and solid waste services through numerous experiences with public institutions across the globe—from Madagascar to India, as well as Djibouti and Uzbekistan.
Previously a Project Manager at the French Development Agency (AFD), he was involved in the strategic, technical, and financial design and implementation of international cooperation programs. Through these roles, he has built solid expertise in infrastructure project management and large-scale public service transformation, aimed at improving the living conditions of local populations.
