Marianne BALARESQUE

Before joining COGITE, Marianne BALARESQUE developed her technical skills in hydrology, territorial diagnosis and water management thanks to her missions within the Ministry of Ecological Transition. These different experiences have allowed her to deepen her knowledge of environmental law and the structuring of public utilities.

Hers main skills are :

• procurement and audit
• Sanitation and Water asset management.
• implementation of missions of territory :
  • Inventories and definition of action zone,
  • Operational organization and analysis of the governance of a territory;

She also brings her expertise in GIS and cartography.
