Salomé GIL

Graduated of the Master 2 “Public Careers” from Sciences po Aix-en-Provence and rich in experience of more than a year as a consultant of management of public utilities within a consulting firm specializing in AMO in water and sanitation sectors, Salomé GIL joined COGITE in March 2023.

Her main skills are :
• support for the structuring of public utilities (technical, financial, administrative and legal aspects), particularly in water/sanitation transfer studies – NOTRe law,
• support in the implementation of Public utility delegation procedures and more generally public procurement.
