COGITE is back from Nigeria

COGITE experts are back from Nigeria (Enugu State). Our client, Enugu State Water Corporation (assistance funding by AFD), wishes to launch a survey for 20,000 households to be interviewed. The assistance aims at reinforcing the commercial department organization and performance as well.
