New international mission for COGITE in Saudi Arabia

COGITE consultants are starting a new assignment in Saudi Arabia and will be in Dammam this weekend for a kick-off meeting with the National Water Company.
COGITE is acting as an independent auditor on an O&M (Operation and Maintenance) Contract and for a duration of 7 years.

This mission will require to:
– Review, comment upon and confirm or otherwise KPIs (Key Performance Indicator) Baselines, during the phases of the mission;
– Review all monthly/quarterly Baselining Data reports and determine any required interventions;
– Conduct performance audit and assessment against the KPI targets according.
