Engineer of the National School of Water and Environment Engineering (ENGEES) and holder of a Master’s degree in Engineering and Environmental Sciences, Jeanne BAVARD has 7 years of professional experience. Initially specialized in the field of the environment (end of studies report on the establishment of a network for evaluating dystrophic processes in the rivers of Languedoc Roussillon), her professional activities led her to take an interest in the management of public services. Since 2013, she has been developing, within the COGITE team, her expertise in contractual, technical-economic and financial engineering for assistance to local authorities.
